Great location, un-obscured views of beach and not much in way of road noise as off main roads. Stayed in 2-bdrm apartment, very clean and spacious. Excellent having en-suite for double bedroom. Free secure basement parking for car. Great to have Fox as well. Fantastic place to stay for 2 or more. Would be ideal for 2 couples, as well as family of 4. Only gripe would be you have to pay extra for air-con which wasn't an issue in August but you would definitely need it during summer.
Mall/supermarket and restaurants short walk away. Broadbeach is quieter and more relaxing than Surfers, but still has plenty of shops and restaurants when you get tired of the beach or admiring the view from the apartment.
