Beach haven was in an ideal location, close to beach, shops, restaurants, public transport. The apartment was on the 25th floor with a magnificent view of the ocean. Outdoor pools were too cold to swim in, perhaps solar heating should be considered.
Broadbeach had plenty of places to eat, good location for public transport, but not much entertainment. i.e. guitar music, live bands, etc
