Our apartment was newly refurbished so everything was brand new. We were on a higher floor so we had a view of the beach and sand right down the coast. The unit complex had a very high standard of security. The managers provided a high level of customer service, they arranged for a DVD unit for our apartment as we had planned on watching our DVD's that we had brought from home but found no unit in our room.
Foxtel was an added bonus! The pool and spa was heated. There was a tennis court for use as well.
We were in walking distance to Broadbeach Mall for eating out and buying groceries. You could walk to Pacific Fair as well but we opted to drive as we were going shopping and didn't know how many bags we would have to carry home! You can also catch the monorail from the mall to the Casino. Overall great place to stay.
